Bible Studies:

Fall means school starts, but here at St. Johns, children aren't the only ones with opportunities to learn. There are many classes available throughout the week for you to study God's Word.

Sundays, 9:15 a.m.

Pastor Thompson is continuing a study on the Gospel of John in the Social Hall.

Sundays, 9:30 a.m.

Parents, you can study the same lessons your Sunday School students are learning with Pastor Neubauer in the Choir Room at 9:30 a.m. Growing in Christ, our new Sunday School curriculum is the material used for the class. Instead of just asking your child what they learned in Sunday School, you can really get into the lesson.

Mondays, 7:30 p.m.

Pastor Neubauer leads a class in the east education wing. The Monday night classes are shifting to more short term studies. You can join the class and not make a long term commitment to a topic. Our first topic for fall is a six week study on Lutheran spirituality and how God speaks to us.

Tuesdays, 8:15 a.m.

Join the early risers for an in-depth look at the Large Catechism with Pastor Neubauer in the Church Library.

Tuesdays, 9:45 a.m.

This group is learning about Heroes of the Bible.  Pastor Neubauer leads the class in the Church Library.

Wednesdays, 10:30 a.m.

Beginning September 20, you can join Pastor Neumann in the Church Library for a study on 1 Corinthians. They are picking up at Chapter 15 where they left off last spring, but you can join anytime.
