WINDOW PAINTING FOR KIDS
Materials:
- tempera paint
- dish soap
- foam paint brushes
- disposable cups
- paper towel
Instructions:
Squirt a small amount of dish soap into a disposable cup and add about 1/4 cup of tempera paint. Mix thoroughly with a foam paint brush.
Apply to window in a single layer using long brush strokes.
A second coat gives you better color. Wait until the first layer is completely dry.
Wipe up any spills immediately with a wet paper towel.
If you want a stained glass effect just put masking tape on the window first and paint in the sections.
Enjoy your window painting!
Clean Up:
It takes some elbow grease to clean the window when done, but with some plain water in a spray bottle the paint comes off pretty well.
